Alameda County Family Justice Center

Peralta Wellness Center

Located in the Laney College Student Center, Room SC410A (on the fourth floor), the new clinic will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-5.

Services offered will include pregnancy testing, family planning, birth control, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, HIV testing, pap smears, health education, mental health counseling, TB testing, immunizations, vaccinations, flu shots, whooping cough (pertussis) immunizations, physical exams, and doctor visits and referral services .

Asian Health Services

Delivers primary health care for the medically underserved, including the immigrant and refugee Asian community, and to assure equal access to health care services regardless of income, insurance status, language, or culture.

Asian Community Health Services

Family Support Services provides multi-cultural and multi-lingual supports for children/youth, adults, and families facing multiple barriers to greater self-sufficiency and independence.

Asian Immigrant Women Advocates

Their organization seeks to empower women through education, leadership development, and collective action.

Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach

Serves the Asian and Pacific Islander in Oakland, providing legal, social, and educational services in more than a dozen languages and dialects.

Center for Empowering Refugees and Immigrants

Provides culturally competent mental health and other social services to refugee and immigrant families with multiple layers of complex needs, exposure to violence and trauma both in their current environment and in their native countries, and weakening intergenerational relationships.

Cambodian Community Development, Inc.

Assists Cambodian American and other vulnerable populations connect with vital health and social services, providing clients with translation services, navigation services, and consultation services, and has developed language and culture programs to better connect young Cambodian Americans to their heritage.

Oakland Asian Students Educational Services

Offers various educational and youth development programs for local K- 12 students.

Korean Community Center of the East Bay

Provides citizenship and immigration services for the Korean community, as well as assistance in applying for various social services.

Japanese American Services of the East Bay

Provides a host of resources, information, and services relevant to the entire continuum of care for the elderly, as well as their families and all ages of the Nikkei community.

East Bay Asian Youth Center

Conducts outreach to youth and young adults, and helps them to re-enter school, obtain employment, access physical and mental health services, complete community service and restitution requirements, and participate in life skills education.
