SLO/Assessment Reporting Forms
As we develop student learning outcomes and assess the outcomes, the college must keep track of all of the information. The accreditation commission will want an annual report of what percentage of our classes and programs have defined SLOs and assessment methods. We will also need to keep track of and report which classes and programs have completed assessments and which have used the results of their assessments for improvement.
We will be using TaskStream (click on the link) to store and organize all of the assessment information across the college.
