Laney Summer Institute for High School Students

This summer the Career Education Department at Laney College (Oakland, CA) is offering a number of programs for interested students in the Bay Area. The programs range from 4 to 6 weeks in length and are focused on helping students learn about different career pathways while earning college credit through hands-on activities. While preference will be given to high school students, others may apply and if space is available, may be admitted. Learn more about programs in machining, welding, carpentry, computer science, electronics, physics, and many others.
