At the end of March, 2011 President Webb released a draft plan to reorganize the entire staffing structure of Laney College. Click here to view the plan: Reorganization Plan_4.1.11
This plan would result in major changes to the duties and responsibilities of Deans and senior administrators as well as staff-level Classified employees.
President Webb called several meetings to get input from faculty and staff about the proposed changes; a series of brown bag meetings including one for Classified staff on March 30th, and a special meeting of the College Council on April 6th.
