FILING A PETITION FORM

Attention:  Read carefully.  There are new guidelines concerning the disqualification and appeal process.

Only two (2) petition appeals during student history within the Peralta Community College District will be accepted.  If you have already filed twice, you have exhuasted the allowable number of appeals.

Petitions for spring 2012 are available. You must go to the Financial Aid counter in A-201 and ask for the petition.

Taken from the 2011 – 2012 Financial Aid Handbook page 17, insert:

 ”There will be only two appeals granted within the Peralta District.  Financial Aid appeals will require submission of the Educational Plan from an Academic Counselor.  The student is required to follow the Educational Plan or aid will be disqualified.  Decision on appeals is final and incontestable.”
