Student Center

The Laney College Student Center, located just off the main quad, is the center of student life and activity on campus.  The Student Center houses the following programs and services:

• Bookstore – 1st floor (basement)
• Cafeteria & dining room – 2nd/Main floor
• Student Employment Office – 3rd floor
• CalWORKS Office – 3rd floor

Student Photo ID – 4th floor

• Associated Students of Laney College (ASLC) offices – 4th floor
• Student Clubs and Organization offices – 4th floor
• Student Activities Advisor/Director – 4th floor, Room 414

We are seeking students interested in developing the program design for a remodeled/renovated or newly constructed Student Center facility.  The college has tentatively allocated $20 million dollars for this project, so student input is critical to the facility program design process.  Please email Dean Matthew Kritscher @ mkritscher@peralta.edu for more information. 

Student Center Hours of Operation

Monday – Thursday:  8:00 am – 8:30 pm

Friday:  8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Saturday:  9:00 am – 1:00 pm
